Refund and Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Conditions
1、All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including the original packaging and all tags. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.
2、For returns due to receiving incorrect items or quality issues, return shipping fees will be covered by us.
3、If the return is due to the customer’s own reasons, the return shipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
How to Return and Get a Refund/Exchange?
1、Contact our customer service (Contact Us) and provide the reason along with necessary photos or videos to verify the issue with your order.
2、Our customer service team will investigate based on our policy and provide a solution.
3、Once both parties agree on the solution, our customer service team will provide return instructions (Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on the package).
4、Return the product (if required). Once our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will proceed with the replacement.
5: There is no handling fee for returns and exchanges.
Refunds
1、We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
2、If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
3、Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to the above, if the product is shipped to the EU region, you have the right to return the item unconditionally within 14 days without providing a reason. Similarly, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging intact. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty Period
Our products come with a warranty period. If the product is damaged within the warranty period, please contact us via our customer service email at [email protected], providing images of the damaged product and the purchase order number. We will promptly replace the product or issue a refund.
